Description

These 2 Ingredient Apple Pie Donut Holes are a quick and cozy dessert made with just biscuit dough and apple pie filling. Crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, they’re perfect for satisfying a sweet craving in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet or saucepan over medium heat until hot enough for frying.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Scoop a small amount of apple pie filling and wrap biscuit dough around it, pressing gently to seal.
  3. Carefully place filled dough balls into the hot oil in batches. Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning as needed, until golden brown.
  4. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Chop apple pie filling if pieces are too large to seal easily inside the dough.
  • For added flavor, roll warm donut holes in cinnamon sugar or drizzle with glaze.
  • Swap apple pie filling with cherry or blueberry for a twist.
