Description

These 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls are rich, creamy, and packed with bold peanut butter flavor. Made with simple pantry staples and no baking required, they’re an easy, freezer-friendly treat perfect for holidays, gifting, or everyday sweet cravings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened (salted or unsalted)
  • 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 cup melted chocolate for dipping or drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter and softened butter until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using). Mix until thick and smooth, scraping down the bowl as needed.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of mixture and roll into smooth balls using your hands.
