Ingredients
1 lb pasta (elbow, rotini, or any short pasta)
1 lb ground beef
2 cans tomato soup
1½ cups shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese (1 cup inside, ½ cup on top)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a casserole dish and set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta, browned beef, tomato soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
