Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker in a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken.
  3. Add the softened cream cheese on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it using two forks.
