Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup
1 bag frozen cubed potatoes
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, both soups, frozen potatoes, and half the cheese (add salt and pepper if desired).
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13‑inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
