Ingredients

  • 12 apples (Pink Lady, Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp, or Red Delicious)
  • Coconut oil spray (or melted coconut oil)
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Optional: brown sugar or maple syrup for extra sweetness

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Wash and thinly slice apples into rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife. Remove cores if desired.
  3. Lightly spray apple slices with coconut oil and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Arrange slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
  5. Air fry for 12 minutes, flip slices, and cook another 10 minutes (time may vary by air fryer).
  6. Remove chips and let them cool for 1–2 minutes to crisp up before serving.
