Ingredients
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- 6 medium soft flour tortillas
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Chop the apple pie filling into smaller pieces or lightly mash for a smoother texture.
- Lay tortillas flat and place 2–3 tablespoons of apple filling along one edge.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a taquito shape.
- Brush all sides with melted butter.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, then coat each taquito evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Place taquitos seam-side down in the basket with space between them.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Cool slightly before serving.
