Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz) bag Alexia House Cut Fries with Sea Salt
- ⅓ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup pressed garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 425°F.
- Spread frozen fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat canola oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add pressed garlic and stir constantly for 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in rosemary, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer cooked fries to a large bowl and drizzle with garlic-herb oil.
- Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
