Ingredients

  • 1 (28 oz) bag Alexia House Cut Fries with Sea Salt
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
  • ¼ cup pressed garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 425°F.
  2. Spread frozen fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, heat canola oil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add pressed garlic and stir constantly for 2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in rosemary, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Transfer cooked fries to a large bowl and drizzle with garlic-herb oil.
  7. Toss gently to coat and serve immediately.
