Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked salmon, fresh or canned, flaked
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon oil for the air fryer basket
Instructions
- Add flaked salmon to a large bowl and break apart with a fork.
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket.
- Place patties in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm with your favorite sauce or sides.
