Description

These air fryer salmon patties are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor—perfect for a quick, healthy, and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon, fresh or canned, flaked
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs or panko
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or 1 teaspoon oil for the air fryer basket

Instructions

  1. Add flaked salmon to a large bowl and break apart with a fork.
  2. Add egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 6 evenly sized patties.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease the basket.
  5. Place patties in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite sauce or sides.
