Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
