Description

A warm, gooey breakfast bake made with fluffy cinnamon rolls, sweet apple pie filling, and a buttery cinnamon crumble topping—perfect for cozy mornings or special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (17.5 ounces each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup apple pie filling
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
  3. Pour heavy cream into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Arrange cinnamon roll pieces in a single layer over the cream.
  5. Spoon apple pie filling evenly over the rolls.
  6. In a bowl, mix melted butter, flour, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  7. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly on top.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and drizzle icing over the top before serving.

Notes

  • Use homemade cinnamon rolls for richer flavor.
  • Add nuts like pecans or walnuts for extra crunch.
  • Mix vanilla extract into the cream for added depth.
  • Swap apple filling with cherry, blueberry, or peach.
  • Reduce brown sugar for less sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in oven for best texture.
