Ingredients

Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the vegan yogurt, lime juice, lime zest, salt, and black pepper until smooth to create the yogurt-lime spread.
- Toast the bread slices in a toaster or skillet over medium heat until golden and crisp.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until creamy but slightly chunky, then add a pinch of salt.
- Spread the yogurt-lime mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
- Top each slice with mashed avocado and spread gently.
- Add optional toppings such as cherry tomatoes, radishes, chili flakes, or fresh herbs.
- Serve immediately while the toast is crisp.
