Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella, mixing well.
- Fold in diced tomatoes with green chilies and green onions.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and paprika.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
