Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in oats and raisins until evenly mixed.
  7. Optional: Chill dough for 30–60 minutes for thicker cookies.
  8. Scoop dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheets.

  10. Cool on baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
