- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt, or to taste
- ½ tsp black pepper, or to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- In a separate pan, melt butter over low heat. Add garlic and stir until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and mix until smooth. Add cooked spaghetti and toss to coat. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until creamy and well combined.
- Serve the beef bolognese over the garlic butter spaghetti. Top with extra parmesan if desired.
Notes
- Use ground chicken or turkey for a lighter version.
- Add mushrooms or finely chopped carrots to the bolognese for extra texture.
- Prepare the sauce a day ahead for deeper flavor.
- Freeze bolognese separately for easy future meals.
- Add a splash of cream or water when reheating to restore creaminess.
