Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sliced dill pickles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, minced onion, ketchup, mustard, and chopped dill pickles to make the special sauce. Set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper. Break it apart while cooking until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Warm tortillas so they are soft and flexible.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce on each tortilla. Add cooked beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced pickles.
