Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for chocolate layer)
- 2 tablespoons butter (for chocolate layer)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, heavy cream, butter, and corn syrup. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
- Add marshmallow cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly. Let cool for 20–30 minutes.
- In another saucepan, heat heavy cream and butter until simmering.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
- Pour chocolate layer over vanilla layer and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours until set.
- Lift from pan, cut into squares, and serve.
Notes
- Add a caramel layer for extra richness.
- Use dark chocolate for a less sweet flavor.
- Let fudge sit at room temperature for softer texture before serving.
- Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
- Freeze for up to 2 months if needed.
