Ingredients

  • 16.3 ounces refrigerated biscuits (about 8 biscuits)
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut biscuits into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.
  3. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain excess grease.
  4. Spread sausage evenly over biscuit pieces.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Pour egg mixture evenly over sausage and biscuits.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 35–40 minutes until eggs are set and top is golden.
