Description
This easy Brie Bread features a crusty round loaf filled with gooey baked brie, drizzled with hot honey, and topped with crunchy pistachios — a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
- 1 round loaf of bread (about 1 pound)
- 1 wheel of brie (8 ounces)
- 2–3 tablespoons hot honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut a hole in the center of the bread loaf to fit the brie. Remove some bread inside to create space.
- Place the brie wheel into the center of the loaf.
- Drizzle half the hot honey over the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the brie and bread surface.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the brie is melted and bread is crisp.
- Drizzle with remaining hot honey and serve warm.
