Description

This easy Brie Bread features a crusty round loaf filled with gooey baked brie, drizzled with hot honey, and topped with crunchy pistachios — a simple yet elegant appetizer perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf of bread (about 1 pound)
  • 1 wheel of brie (8 ounces)
  • 23 tablespoons hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut a hole in the center of the bread loaf to fit the brie. Remove some bread inside to create space.
  3. Place the brie wheel into the center of the loaf.
  4. Drizzle half the hot honey over the brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the brie and bread surface.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the brie is melted and bread is crisp.
  7. Drizzle with remaining hot honey and serve warm.

Notes

  • Swap pistachios with walnuts or pecans for a nuttier flavor.
  • Use fresh thyme or rosemary for a savory twist.
  • Plain honey works well if you prefer a milder version.
  • Add dried cranberries for a sweet-tart contrast.
