Description

Adorable no-bake bunny pretzels made with crunchy pretzels and smooth white chocolate, decorated with pastel colors for a fun and festive sweet-and-salty treat.

Ingredients

  • 3 squares white chocolate almond bark (about 340 g total)
  • 24 pretzel twists
  • 3 tablespoons melted white chocolate (for pink coloring)
  • 2 tablespoons melted white chocolate (for black coloring)
  • Pink gel food coloring (a few drops)
  • Black gel food coloring (a few drops)

Instructions

  1. Line a workspace with parchment paper and arrange pretzel twists in a single layer.
  2. Melt the white chocolate almond bark in the microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spoon melted chocolate into the openings of each pretzel, filling them completely.
  4. Let the pretzels sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
  5. Flip the pretzels over once set.
  6. Divide remaining melted chocolate into two bowls and mix one with pink food coloring and the other with black.
  7. Use a toothpick to add black dots for eyes.
  8. Use pink chocolate to create a nose and fill top sections for bunny ears.
  9. Allow pretzels to set for another 30 minutes until fully firm.
  10. Serve or store once completely set.

Notes

  • Use gel food coloring to prevent chocolate from seizing.
  • Do not overheat chocolate; melt gently in intervals.
  • Flat pretzel twists work best for decorating.
  • Refrigerate briefly to speed up setting if needed.
  • Store in a cool, dry place to prevent melting.
  • Can be made 1–2 days in advance.
  • Use dairy-free chocolate for a vegan option.
  • Decorate with sprinkles or edible glitter for extra flair.
