Description

These Butterfinger Chocolate Caramel Crunch Truffles are rich, no-bake treats made with crushed Butterfingers, creamy caramel, milk chocolate, and a crunchy topping of pretzels and peanuts. Sweet, salty, and satisfying, they’re perfect for gifting or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crushed Butterfingers with caramel sauce until combined.
  2. Roll into small balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip frozen truffles into melted chocolate to coat and return to baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle tops with crushed pretzels and chopped peanuts before chocolate sets.
  6. Refrigerate truffles for at least 1 hour until firm. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate instead of milk for a richer flavor.
  • Skip peanuts and use toffee bits for a nut-free version.
  • Drizzle with white chocolate for a decorative touch.
  • Roll in cocoa powder or powdered sugar for a different finish.
