Ingredients

- 1 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold water

Instructions
- Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add ½ cup cold water and ½ teaspoon peppermint extract. Stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into small plastic or silicone shot cups (about 1 ounce each).
- Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed candy cane or sprinkles, if desired.
