Description

Candy Cane Jello Shots are a festive, peppermint-infused strawberry treat perfect for holiday parties. These bright red, bite-sized desserts are easy to make, fun to serve, and bring a cheerful pop of flavor and color to any celebration.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3 ounces) strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, crushed candy cane, holiday sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the strawberry Jello in 1 cup of boiling water in a medium bowl. Stir until fully dissolved.
  2. Add ½ cup cold water and ½ teaspoon peppermint extract. Stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into small plastic or silicone shot cups (about 1 ounce each).
  4. Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
  5. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed candy cane or sprinkles, if desired.

Notes

  • Use cherry or raspberry Jello for a flavor variation.
  • Create layers using red Jello and a white gelatin layer made with condensed milk.
  • Do not freeze, as it will ruin the Jello texture.
  • Use festive toppings for a holiday-ready presentation.
  • Make in an 8×8-inch dish and cut into cubes for a large batch.
