Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce, room temperature

Instructions

  1. Line a square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Microwave for about 90 seconds. Stir well. Continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until mostly smooth. Let residual heat finish the melting.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
