Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce, room temperature
Instructions
- Line a square pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave for about 90 seconds. Stir well. Continue heating in 15-second intervals, stirring each time, until mostly smooth. Let residual heat finish the melting.
- Stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared pan to about 1-inch thickness.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and gently swirl it with a knife or spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until fully set.
- Once chilled, cut into small squares and serve.
Notes
- Swap pecans for walnuts or almonds for a different crunch.
- Add flaky sea salt on top for a salted caramel version.
- Fold in dried cranberries or crushed cookies for a festive variation.
- Toast the pecans beforehand for added flavor depth.
