Ingredients
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar or parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Mix until fully combined and slightly sticky.
- Scoop small portions and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Arrange cheese balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
