Ingredients

  • 2 cups bowtie pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and milk. Stir and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Lower heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until sauce is smooth and creamy. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Return chicken to skillet along with cooked pasta and remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Toss to coat evenly in sauce.
  7. Cook for another 2–3 minutes to let flavors combine. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
