Ingredients
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and onion powder. Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place on the baking sheet, spacing each bite slightly apart.
- Flatten each mound gently with the back of a spoon for even baking.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and edges are crisp.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
