Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and onion powder. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place on the baking sheet, spacing each bite slightly apart.
  4. Flatten each mound gently with the back of a spoon for even baking.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and edges are crisp.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
