Ingredients
6 medium flour tortillas
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
1 cup lump crab meat
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
½ cup cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Oil for frying or butter for baking
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, shredded cheese, cream cheese, garlic, green onions (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each tortilla.
- Fold each tortilla tightly into a bundle, sealing the edges well.
- For frying: heat oil and fry until golden and crispy. For baking: brush with butter and bake until toasted and melted.
- Serve warm with garlic cream or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use pepper jack for a spicy kick.
- Add bell peppers or jalapeños for crunch and heat.
- To freeze: place assembled bombs on a tray to freeze, then store in a bag. Reheat from frozen.
- Prefer lighter alternatives? Bake instead of frying to reduce fat.
