Description

Soft, golden biscuit bites stuffed with gooey mozzarella and brushed with flavorful garlic herb butter. These quick and easy cheesy bites are perfect for appetizers, snacks, or a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) buttermilk biscuit dough (8 count)
  • 8 small chunks fresh mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch cubes)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
  3. Place one mozzarella chunk in the center of each circle.
  4. Wrap dough around cheese, pinching seams tightly to seal. Roll gently into smooth balls.
  5. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
  6. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  7. Brush tops generously with garlic herb butter.
  8. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Brush with remaining garlic butter while warm.
  10. Cool slightly and serve warm.
