Description

Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) buttermilk biscuit dough (8 count)
- 8 small chunks fresh mozzarella cheese (about 1-inch cubes)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into a 3-inch circle.
- Place one mozzarella chunk in the center of each circle.
- Wrap dough around cheese, pinching seams tightly to seal. Roll gently into smooth balls.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Brush tops generously with garlic herb butter.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with remaining garlic butter while warm.
- Cool slightly and serve warm.
