Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (6 oz) box chicken stuffing mix
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • Fresh or dried parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and spray an 11×7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Place chicken pieces in the dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over the top. Slowly pour chicken broth over the stuffing.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes to lightly brown the top.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
