Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts evenly with taco seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken from skillet, let rest briefly, then slice into thin strips.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
  5. Layer chicken, avocado slices, shredded cheese, and cilantro down the center of each tortilla.
  6. Fold sides in and roll tightly into wraps.
  7. Place wraps seam-side down on a grill pan or skillet over medium heat.
  8. Grill for 2–3 minutes per side until tortillas are golden and crispy and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice in half and serve warm.
