Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs

  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • For the Garlic Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix olive oil, spices, garlic, lemon juice, and yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
