Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon melted butter for brushing tops

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
