Description
These no-bake chocolate covered graham crackers are dipped in smooth milk chocolate, finished with a white chocolate drizzle, and perfect for fast desserts, gifts, or snacks.
Ingredients
- 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 9 full sheets, halved if desired)
- 1 pound (454 g) milk chocolate melting wafers or chopped milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup (45 g) melted white chocolate
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a heat-safe bowl using 20–30 second microwave intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
- Dip each graham cracker into the melted chocolate, turning to coat completely. Use a fork to lift out and let excess drip off.
- Place coated crackers on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all crackers.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the coated crackers using a spoon or piping bag.
- Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.

- Use dark or flavored chocolate for a twist.
