Description

These no-bake chocolate covered graham crackers are dipped in smooth milk chocolate, finished with a white chocolate drizzle, and perfect for fast desserts, gifts, or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve graham crackers (about 9 full sheets, halved if desired)
  • 1 pound (454 g) milk chocolate melting wafers or chopped milk chocolate
  • 1/4 cup (45 g) melted white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in a heat-safe bowl using 20–30 second microwave intervals, stirring in between until fully melted.
  3. Dip each graham cracker into the melted chocolate, turning to coat completely. Use a fork to lift out and let excess drip off.
  4. Place coated crackers on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with all crackers.
  5. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the coated crackers using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Allow chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
