Description

Citrus Spritz Popsicles are a refreshing frozen treat made with orange juice and lemonade. Perfect for summer, these popsicles can be enjoyed on their own or dropped into a glass of sparkling water for a fizzy, fruity drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups lemonade
  • Sparkling water (for serving)
  • Orange slices (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, mix together the orange juice and lemonade.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  3. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.
  4. To serve, run the mold under warm water to release a popsicle.
  5. Place the popsicle in a glass and top with about ½ cup of sparkling water. Garnish with an orange slice if desired.

Notes

  • Swap lemonade with grapefruit juice for a tangy variation.
  • Blend in strawberries or raspberries for a fruity twist.
  • Use mango or pineapple juice for a tropical version.
  • Add fresh mint or basil to the molds for herbal flavor.
  • A splash of hibiscus or pomegranate juice adds color and floral notes.
  • Store popsicles in a freezer-safe container separated with parchment paper for up to 2 months.
