Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Place melted butter in a separate bowl. Dip each dough piece into the butter to coat all sides.
- Roll the butter-coated pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully covered.
- Arrange the coated bites evenly in the prepared baking dish, leaving slight space between each piece.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with included icing if desired.
