Description

These Classic Cinnamon Roll Bites are soft, buttery, and coated in a sweet cinnamon-sugar mixture that caramelizes as they bake. Made from refrigerated cinnamon roll dough, they are quick to prepare and perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (8 rolls)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four equal pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Place melted butter in a separate bowl. Dip each dough piece into the butter to coat all sides.
  5. Roll the butter-coated pieces in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully covered.
  6. Arrange the coated bites evenly in the prepared baking dish, leaving slight space between each piece.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with included icing if desired.
