This cookie dough fudge is a no-bake treat combining the nostalgic flavor of edible cookie dough with the smooth texture of fudge. It’s made with heat-treated flour, sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and mini chocolate chips for a safe and indulgent dessert.
Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour, microwaved for 1 minute and cooled
- ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
- Microwave flour in a bowl for 1 minute, stirring halfway, then cool completely.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and stir in brown sugar until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully combined and warm (do not boil).
- Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add cooled flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips evenly.
- Transfer to prepared pan, spread evenly, and tap to level.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into squares and serve.

- Add cinnamon or melted milk chocolate swirl for variation.
