Ingredients
- 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Place cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to thicken.
- Serve as is, or top with berries, nuts, or chocolate shavings if desired.
