Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (225 g) cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and salt into a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Spoon the mousse into serving bowls or glasses.
