Ingredients
- 2 blocks (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups (226 g) pepper jack cheese, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried chives
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add shredded pepper jack cheese, Dijon mustard, and all spices and herbs.
- Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape mixture into a ball using hands or a spatula.
- Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
