Ingredients
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation), well-drained
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, crab meat, and shredded mozzarella until evenly combined.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
- Spoon a small amount of the crab and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each crescent starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Drain crab meat well to avoid a watery filling.
- Do not overfill the dough to prevent leaking.
- Best served warm for maximum creaminess.
