Ingredients
- 12 oz fettuccine
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz cooked crab meat
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and gently simmer, stirring often.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth.
- Gently fold in crab meat and season with salt and black pepper.
- Add cooked fettuccine and toss until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

- Use lump or claw crab meat for best texture.
