Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken (rotisserie recommended)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) unsalted cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1 can (12 oz) refrigerated Grands Jr biscuits, cut into quarters
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
- Gently stir in the biscuit pieces until coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and casserole is bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Add steamed broccoli, peas, or corn for extra veggies.
- Swap cheddar with mozzarella or Monterey Jack for a creamier texture.
- Add cayenne or chili powder for a spicy version.
