Description

Crunchy Nacho Cheese Doritos stuffed with a creamy, savory blend of smooth cream cheese and smoky turkey bits for a bold, bite-sized party snack that delivers irresistible crunch and richness.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag (9.25 oz / 262 g) Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 4 oz (113 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 4 slices cooked smoky turkey strips, finely crumbled
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crumbled cooked turkey strips, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley if using. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
  2. Select large, unbroken Doritos. Using a small paring knife, carefully create a small slit along one edge of each chip without cracking it.
  3. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner snipped. Pipe a small amount of filling into each Dorito through the slit, being careful not to overfill.
  4. Place the filled Doritos in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes to allow the filling to firm slightly (optional).
  5. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately while crisp.

Notes

  • Stuff chips just before serving to maintain maximum crunch.
  • Prepare the filling up to 2 days ahead and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Store filled chips in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours, though they may soften.
  • Reheating is not recommended as chips will become soggy.
  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey and add chopped olives, peppers, or shredded cheese.
