Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Cajun seasoning to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour to form a roux.
- Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk. Let it simmer over medium-low heat until thickened.
- Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
- Season the sauce with smoked paprika, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix to combine.
- Add cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.
