Description

Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti with Triple Cheese Parmesan Sauce is a hearty, flavorful pasta dish featuring seasoned ground beef, spaghetti, and a rich, cheesy Cajun cream sauce. It’s perfect for comfort food lovers and easy enough for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • lbs ground beef
  • 1 to teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Cajun seasoning to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it apart. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in flour to form a roux.
  4. Slowly whisk in heavy cream and milk. Let it simmer over medium-low heat until thickened.
  5. Add mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Season the sauce with smoked paprika, onion powder, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.
  7. Return cooked beef to the skillet and mix to combine.
  8. Add cooked spaghetti and toss until well coated in the sauce.
  9. Serve hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.

Notes

  • Add a splash of milk or cream when reheating to restore sauce consistency.
  • For more spice, include red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
  • Try adding bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor and texture.
  • Can be made ahead by preparing sauce and beef, then combining with fresh pasta before serving.
