Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (stevia blend or erythritol)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
  3. In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and salt.
  4. Warm almond milk slightly and mix with melted dark chocolate until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
  6. Gradually fold in the cocoa mixture until fully combined and smooth.
  7. Line a mold or baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
  8. Spread evenly and freeze for 4–5 hours until solid.
  9. Remove from mold, cut into bars, and serve.
