Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup powdered sweetener (stevia blend or erythritol)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Chill a mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).
- In another bowl, mix cocoa powder, powdered sweetener, and salt.
- Warm almond milk slightly and mix with melted dark chocolate until smooth, then add vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Gradually fold in the cocoa mixture until fully combined and smooth.
- Line a mold or baking dish with parchment paper and pour in the mixture.
- Spread evenly and freeze for 4–5 hours until solid.
- Remove from mold, cut into bars, and serve.
