Ingredients

- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and cook until soft and translucent, about 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced potatoes and corn, then pour in the chicken broth.
- Bring to a gentle boil, reduce heat, and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15–20 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
- Simmer gently for a few more minutes to heat through, without boiling.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.
