Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or bowtie)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter and garlic to the skillet with beef. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and milk, and stir. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
