Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz pasta (penne, rigatoni, or bowtie)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- Fresh parsley, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet with beef. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and milk, and stir. Let the sauce simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until fully coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
