Ingredients
- 1 lb cheese ravioli
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook the cheese ravioli according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked ravioli and gently toss until well coated in the sauce.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
