Description
Quick and satisfying crispy chicken and mozzarella wraps made in the air fryer. These cheesy, golden-brown wraps are perfect for busy weeknights, requiring minimal prep and cleanup while delivering maximum flavor and comfort.
Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
- Nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray
Instructions
- Cut chicken into thin strips and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
- Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken strips in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- While chicken cooks, lay tortillas on a flat surface. Top each with spinach, mozzarella, and cooked chicken strips.
- Roll tortillas tightly. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
- Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for another 2–3 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

- Use turkey or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- Add sautéed onions or bell peppers for extra veggies.
- Cheddar or provolone cheese are great mozzarella substitutes.
- Make it spicy with cayenne or hot sauce.
