Description

Quick and satisfying crispy chicken and mozzarella wraps made in the air fryer. These cheesy, golden-brown wraps are perfect for busy weeknights, requiring minimal prep and cleanup while delivering maximum flavor and comfort.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)
  • Nonstick cooking spray or olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken strips in a single layer and air fry for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While chicken cooks, lay tortillas on a flat surface. Top each with spinach, mozzarella, and cooked chicken strips.
  5. Roll tortillas tightly. Lightly spray the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in the air fryer and cook for another 2–3 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  7. Let cool slightly, slice in half, and serve with ranch dressing if desired.

  • Use turkey or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Add sautéed onions or bell peppers for extra veggies.
  • Cheddar or provolone cheese are great mozzarella substitutes.
