Ingredients
- 2 cod fillets (150–180 g each)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil spray or light drizzle
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Prepare three bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley in the third.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into beaten eggs, coating fully.
- Press into breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Preheat air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes and lightly grease the basket.
- Place fillets in a single layer and lightly spray with oil.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
