Description

Crispy Air Fryer Potato Chips are a light, crunchy snack made with thinly sliced potatoes, olive oil, and your favorite seasonings. They’re air-fried to golden perfection without deep frying.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes (about 300 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt, adjusted to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, garlic powder, or preferred seasoning

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them very thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).
  2. Place the slices in a bowl of cold water and soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the slices completely dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss the slices with olive oil, salt, and seasoning until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  8. Remove when golden and crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
